Licensing Policy

Brique Listing Media

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This Licensing Policy explains how media created by Brique Listing Media may be used once delivered. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Copyright Ownership

All photos, videos, floor plans, 3D tours, and related media (“Media”) are the intellectual property of Brique Listing Media. Copyright is not transferred.

2. License Granted to Client

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Media solely for marketing the specific property photographed.

This license allows use for:

  • MLS listings

  • Brokerage websites

  • Property listing websites

  • Social media marketing

  • Email marketing and digital ads

  • Printed marketing materials related to the property

3. Permitted Users

The license applies to:

  • The listing agent

  • The brokerage representing the listing

  • The property owner (for marketing the same listing)

4. Prohibited Uses

The Media may not be:

  • Sold, sublicensed, or transferred to third parties

  • Used to market a different property

  • Used after the property is sold, leased, or removed from the market (unless otherwise agreed)

  • Altered in a misleading or deceptive manner

Use by builders, designers, stagers, vendors, or third-party marketers requires written permission.

5. Editing & Modifications

Basic cropping, resizing, and formatting are allowed.
Significant alterations, heavy retouching, or use that misrepresents the property is prohibited without approval.

6. Portfolio & Promotional Use

Brique Listing Media reserves the right to use all Media for:

  • Portfolio display

  • Website and social media promotion

  • Marketing, advertising, and self-promotion

No additional compensation is required.

7. Termination of License

The license automatically terminates if:

  • Payment is reversed or disputed

  • Media is used outside the scope of this agreement

Unauthorized use may result in licensing fees or legal action.

8. Additional Licensing

Extended, commercial, or long-term usage licenses (including builder, developer, or branding use) are available upon request and require a separate agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Licensing Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, with venue in Fulton County, Georgia.
